Rugiet Ready may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. Please provide complete and accurate information in your medical questionnaire so your Rugiet Health physician can determine if it is safe for you.
Medical conditions to consider:
- Heart conditions (e.g., recent heart attack, unstable angina, severe heart failure)
- Low blood pressure or uncontrolled hypertension
- Severe liver or kidney disease
- Allergies to sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine, or other ingredients
Many people with other medical conditions have successfully used Rugiet Ready, but your doctor will review your health history to ensure safety. If you have questions about your medical history, consult your primary care physician.
Medications and substances to avoid or use with caution:
Do NOT use Rugiet Ready with:
- Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate)
- Nitrites/alkyl nitrites (“poppers” or “rush”)
- Guanylate cyclase (GC) stimulators (e.g., riociguat/Adempas)
- Revatio (sildenafil) for pulmonary hypertension
- Illegal drugs
- Grapefruit, grapefruit juice, or excessive alcohol
Use caution with:
- Alpha-blockers or other blood pressure medications – may cause a drop in blood pressure or fainting
- Strong CYP inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, saquinavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin) – may prolong metabolism of Rugiet Ready, leading to prolonged erections or low blood pressure
Common medications that may interact (not all-inclusive):
- Nitrates: nitroglycerin (Gonitro, Nitrostat), isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur), isosorbide dinitrate (Isordil)
- Alpha-blockers: alfuzosin (Uroxatral), doxazosin (Cadura), tamsulosin/dutasteride (Jalyn), prazosin (Minipress), silodosin (Rapaflo), terazosin (Hytrin)
- Protease inhibitors: atazanavir, darunavir, ritonavir, saquinavir, lopinavir/ritonavir, nelfinavir, tipranavir
- Antifungals: ketoconazole, itraconazole
- Antibiotics: clarithromycin, telithromycin
All blood pressure medications should be listed in your patient survey, as they may interact with Rugiet Ready.
