- Chest pain
- Dizziness or syncope (fainting)
- An erection lasting longer than four hours
- Sudden changes in hearing or vision
- Allergic reactions, such as swelling of the face or lips, wheezing, throat tightening, difficulty breathing, or rash
- Serious skin reactions, including rashes, blistering, or peeling
