Go Long is an as-needed oral medication designed to help with premature ejaculation while supporting erection quality.
Most patients begin to experience effects within 1 hour of taking Go Long. For best results, it is typically recommended to take the medication 3–4 hours before sexual activity, allowing both ingredients to fully take effect.
The duration of effects depends on the individual ingredients:
- Paroxetine (20 mg): Helps delay ejaculation by increasing serotonin levels in the brain. Its effects can last throughout the day, with a half-life of approximately 21 hours.
- Tadalafil (10 mg): Improves blood flow to support erections, with effects lasting 24–36 hours.
Together, these ingredients help improve ejaculatory control and sexual performance for an extended window after dosing.
