- Severe dizziness or fainting
- An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism)
- Sudden changes in vision or hearing
- Signs of an allergic reaction (e.g., swelling of the face or lips, wheezing, throat tightness, difficulty breathing, or rash)
- Serious skin reactions (e.g., blistering, peeling, or widespread rash)Suicidal thoughts or changes in mood or behavior
- Symptoms of serotonin syndrome, including:
- High fever
- Heavy sweating
- Rapid heart rate
- Agitation or confusion
- Muscle stiffness or tremors
- Seizures
