- Are allergic to Tadalafil, Minoxidil, or Biotin
- Have severe heart problems or are advised against PDE5 inhibitors
- Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled hypertension
- Have serious liver or kidney issues
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding (for partners)
- Are taking medications that may interact with any of the components (your physician will review)
