To reorder or refill your medication, your account must first be reviewed by a licensed medical professional. If your first order was canceled, please reach out to our Patient Support Team so we can review your account and, if appropriate, reinstate the order. This allows the physician to review your medical intake form and determine whether a prescription can be approved.
Additionally, if you are logged into your Member Portal and your prescription has expired, a renewal is required before you can place a new order. To submit a renewal request, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Member Portal
- Select My Prescriptions from the left panel
If you have multiple prescriptions, choose the treatment you want to renew - Click Renew My Prescription
You will be taken to a Summary page displaying your renewal details, including quantity, membership type, shipping and payment information, a medical update section or request for the doctor, and the option to enter a promo code. - If you would like to request a dosage or quantity adjustment, please include those details in the comment box at the bottom of the renewal page

Once you are ready to proceed, click Request Renewal to submit your request
Please note, prescription renewals become available on the day your prescription expires. The renewal option will not appear prior to that date.
Once submitted, allow 24–48 hours for your Rugiet provider to review and approve your renewal. After approval, your order will be automatically processed under the updated prescription.
