To locate your next refill date, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Member Portal
- Select My Prescriptions from the left panel
If you have multiple prescriptions, choose the treatment you want to review - Check Next Charge Date to see when your prescription is scheduled for its next refill
From there, you can adjust the refill date or cancel your subscription if needed.
You will also receive an email reminder approximately seven (7) days before your order is processed. Please note that any changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to processing. We do not call to verify shipping addresses, medication details, or to authorize orders each month.
If an order is already in progress, please contact our Patient Support Team to see if adjustments may still be possible.
