After you complete your medical questionnaire and identity verification, your information is securely reviewed by a board-certified Rugiet doctor. In most cases, the consultation is conducted asynchronously, meaning you do not need to schedule a live call. The doctor will review your responses and may message you through your patient portal if they have any follow-up questions.
If a live consultation is required based on your state, you’ll be prompted to schedule a phone or video call. A doctor will contact you within one hour of your scheduled appointment time using the phone number on file.
If you miss a scheduled consultation, you can reschedule using a new email sent to you, which will allow you to select a new time for your telehealth visit. Your prescription cannot be approved until the consultation is completed. After multiple missed attempts, your order may be temporarily canceled, but you can return at any time to resume the consultation process.
