As stated in our Terms & Conditions, because our medications are prescription-based and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, we are unable to offer refunds. Federal and state regulations prohibit the return or resale of prescription products once they have been shipped. While we strive to provide effective solutions, we cannot guarantee that the medication will work for every individual’s needs, as responses can vary based on personal factors.
Once a prescription has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned. If an error occurs when filling your prescription—such as the wrong medication strength or quantity—we may refund or replace the order at our discretion. Orders are only replaceable if they are damaged, and you must contact us within one week of delivery. Returns are generally only authorized for unopened, unexpired medication, or for opened medication if there are verified potency issues and authorization from the Patient Support Team.
We do not refund orders for/or we are not responsible for:
- UPS/FedEx Shipping Delays
- A lost package
- If a customer cannot locate a package, they must notify the Rugiet Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Dissatisfaction due to the flavor, side effects, or lack of efficacy.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inform Rugiet of any changes in your therapy and your personal information.
Our Membership option is flexible, allowing adjustments prior to your scheduled shipping date. However, frequent monthly changes do not guarantee automatic shipment and may result in delays or errors. You will receive an email reminder a few days before your order. Any changes must be made at least 24 hours before the order is processed. We do not call to verify shipping addresses, medications, or authorize orders each month.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of our policy or if medication is returned unauthorized; unauthorized returns may be destroyed.
