Already started your questionnaire?

If you’ve already begun the medical questionnaire and need to continue, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.start.rugiet.com
2. Log in using your email address and password.
3. Complete the remaining questions in the medical questionnaire.
4. On the Order Summary page, review your selected quantity and subscription type, and enter a promo code if applicable.
5. After submitting payment, complete the required ID verification so a doctor can review your order and authorize a prescription.

Once your ID is verified, a board-certified Rugiet doctor will review your responses. If approved—or if additional information is needed—you’ll hear from them within 48 hours. After your prescription is approved, filled, and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
