We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. To use Apple Pay, you’ll need to be on a Safari browser or an Apple device.
Please note that Medicare or other medical insurance cards are not accepted, as Rugiet provides compounded medications, which are not covered by insurance. While we don’t currently accept insurance, we can assist with HRA or FSA reimbursement by providing a letter-of-medical-necessity form upon request.
If your payment fails, it may be due to:
- Insufficient funds or exceeding your card’s limit
- Incorrect billing information entered during checkout
- Your bank or card issuer blocking the transaction for security reasons
