Please note, if you are on a subscription plan, check your next scheduled refill. If you already have a refill scheduled, you can adjust the date sooner, if needed. Placing a manual order by clicking “I need a refill” will create a new order in addition to your automatic subscription order.
To reorder or place a refill, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Member Portal
- Select My Prescriptions from the left panel
If you have multiple prescriptions, choose the treatment you would like to refill - Click I need a refill
You will be taken to an Order Summary page displaying your prescription details, including quantity and membership type, with the option to enter a promo code - Once you’re ready to proceed, click Place Order to complete your purchase
- A green banner will confirm your order was successfully placed.
If you see a red error banner, it may be due to a payment error. To update your payment method on your account, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Member Portal
- Once logged in, click on your initials in the top-right corner
- Select Profile
- In Payment Info select Edit. Then proceed to make any needed changes to your payment information under each field and click Save Changes
Once your payment information is updated, repeat the previous steps to place a new refill order.
