If you need to cancel an order that is already in progress, please contact our Patient Support team, as orders cannot be canceled once the medication has been processed. Be sure to act promptly to avoid any delays.
To cancel your subscription, you can manage it directly through your Member Portal by following these steps:
- Log into your Member Portal
- Select My Prescriptions from the left panel
If you have multiple prescriptions, choose the treatment you would like to cancel - Scroll down to the bottom and select Skip a month or cancel your plan
- Select Cancel, click Submit, and follow the on-screen prompts to finalize your cancellation
