Billing for your refill occurs automatically based on the schedule you selected when signing up. When you log in to your Rugiet Health Member Portal, your dashboard will display the exact date of your next refill charge. From there, you can adjust the refill date or cancel your subscription if needed. If you have multiple prescriptions, be sure to select the correct medication from the dropdown under your name to view or adjust its refill details.
You will also receive a reminder email a few days before your order is scheduled to process. Please note that any changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to processing. Rugiet Health does not call to verify shipping addresses, medication details, or to authorize orders.
