Rugiet Health ships the majority of orders via UPS, although some orders may be shipped via FedEx. No signature is required for delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder, as messages can sometimes be flagged due to email settings or the discreet nature of the package.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave the package at your door or in a secure location according to UPS or FedEx guidelines.
To view this tracking information in your Member Portal, please follow these steps below:
- Log into your Member Portal
- Once logged in, click on your initials in the top-right corner and select My Orders
- From there, you will be able to view your previous orders and the tracking numbers associated with them next to Tracking
For real-time tracking updates, consider signing up for UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager.
