If you’re having trouble locating your package, please check all entrances to your delivery address, including mailrooms, lobbies, or common areas if you live in a multi-unit building. You can also use your tracking number to verify delivery; in some cases, carriers provide proof-of-delivery photos.
If your medication arrives damaged, please email our Patient Support Team with photos of the packaging and contents for review.
