No, once an order is in pharmacy fulfillment or has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed, as these are prescription medications.
To update your shipping address for future orders, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Rugiet Member's Portal and click on the 'profile' tab.
- Navigate to the 'Profile' tab and select the 'Edit' button next to your current address under 'Shipping Address.'
- Make any needed changes to your shipping information under each field and click and 'Save Address'.
Once completed, your new address will be applied to all future shipments.
