If you need to change, pause, or cancel an order that is already in progress, please contact our Patient Support Team, as orders cannot be canceled once the medication has been processed. Be sure to act promptly to avoid any delays.
To manage your membership plan, including changing, pausing, or canceling, you can do so directly through your Member Portal by following these steps:
- Log in to your Member Portal.
- Click on “My Prescription.”
- Select “Skip a month or cancel your plan.”
- Choose the option you prefer.
- If canceling, provide feedback about your decision and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Important: If you have multiple products, ensure the dropdown under your name specifies the subscription you wish to modify or cancel.
